The Seefeld sun plateau not only makes our guests shine but also ensures that vegetables and salads thrive wonderfully. The grass tastes particularly good to the cows here, and with the many sunny days, everything ripens faster than usual. Whenever possible, I use regional produce. Sustainability is the idea behind this, and guests are delighted to get to know our cuisine and our products.
Breakfast from the buffet, light lunch, afternoon snack, and the multi-course menu in the evening. What's extraordinary about it? You also get to enjoy an exquisite selection of drinks all-inclusive. Daily from 11 am to 10 pm, we serve top wines, long drinks, soft drinks, coffee specialties, and spirits. High quality is a given. My team and I are happy to accommodate your needs regarding intolerances or allergies.
The promise to you: Thoughtfully selected ingredients from trusted local suppliers are processed with care. We source meat from local butchers as well as butter, milk, and apple juice directly from the farm. The absence of flavor enhancers and additives ensures digestibility
Then dine at our "Chef's Table". Up to 12 people can sit here, enjoying an intimate atmosphere with a direct view into our new high-tech kitchen, and being spoiled with a gourmet menu.
